LET US HOST YOUR NEXT EVENT

Rental Agreement: Contact our office for more details, to book a date and to obtain a copy of the rental agreement.

Birthdays & Reunions: The pioneer village is a great place to host your large family, work or school reunion. We have a large covered stage area with power - great for speeches, a sandbox for the young and horse shoe pits for the young at heart. Our covered barn area has picnic tables and our concession is a great place to store your cold beverages, cake or serve the potluck items you've decided to bring in. Consider using one of our local business partners to cater your event.  Ask for details.

Weddings: The pioneer village is a great place to host a unique and intimate wedding. We offer single to multiple day event rentals. We are also available to be used for your wedding photos. The grounds, gardens, and facilities may well create that perfect venue.  Let us play a part in your special day!

YOUTH/ROUND BUILDING: We are pleased to offer the 'round building' for your rental needs. With newly upgraded LED lights, 2 functional washrooms, a first aid kit, and with free wifi this area is sure to meet your needs. Contact the office for rental questions and availability.

MAYTON SCHOOLHOUSE: This building is rich in history. Functioning as a school located East of Sundre, the Mayton Schoolhouse was purchased and moved to its current location a number of years ago. It operated initially as a thrift store and has since been used by various local movement, art, dance and film businesses.
